Waterdam Crossing is a proposed three-building, medical office development situated in a picturesque, wooded area of Peters Township. The two identical two-story buildings take advantage of the site’s grade change and rotate slightly to capture a terraced courtyard, connecting the upper and lower site. The horizontal proportions, ribbon windows, deep soffits, and masonry piers of the building acknowledge twentieth-century American prairie homes and reinforce the relationship between the buildings’ occupants and the natural surroundings of the site.
