Based on the 2007 Redwood City Downtown Plan, a new 8 story, net-zero energy, 38 unit condominium building with an expansive lobby and theater on the first level, 7 levels of condominiums above, and 2 levels of underground parking.The project was started by another architectural firm and transfered to KSA in 2008 to acheive more efficient dwelling units, net-zero energy status, and a Beaux Arts style.
