In the second apartment that the Incorporated design team has completed for this client, a lofty corner apartment in Tribeca was turned into a minimalist modern haven for a prominent art critic and collector. With lacquered white wood floor planks and gray plastered walls, the space becomes the perfect calm backdrop for the art and furniture it displays. A disengaged "box" in the center of the apartment holds the kitchen and utility spaces and serves double duty to separate the private areas from the loft space.
