The site for this affordable housing development
is located just south of downtown
Hastings-on-Hudson within walking
distance of village center shopping, the
county bus system, and the MetroNorth
commuter rail station. The project, completed
in 2008, includes 14 one- and twobedroom
rental units. As seen from Warburton
Avenue, the housing appears as a
series of smaller townhouses to blend with
the character and scale of the streetscape.
A landscaped parking area to the rear of
the building allows convenient access
for the residents while remaining hidden
from view. A small landscaped park at the
corner of Division Street and Warburton
Avenue is provided for the enjoyment of
residents and neighbors.
