Restoration and Renovation of 1880s Victorian home on Corner Lot.
Project goals involved modernizing and making efficient use of space. House was traditionally split in two zones: Public spaces to Street and Service spaces to Rear. Client wanted to open the house to the rear, have interior and exterior spaces flow and to have consistency throughout in detail and planning. New 3rd Floor Master Suite and Offices in previous servant quarters. Details include Custom Staircase to Third Floor with Dormer, Millwork Cabinetry,
and Carport Port Cochere to match existing detailing. Full landscape including Garden shed, Rear courtyard and Masonry walls.
