Curate a sustainable and green-conscious workspace which complies to Green Building Index and awarded with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) V4 Gold , driven to create an image that correlates to the green energy environment which the company believes in. Aside from that, this international listed company required a Google office-like functional facility that caters to 24-hours convenient usage for their employees on a daily basis. The design inspiration came from a walk in the park concept whereby the idea was to simulate a healthy park-like experience in relation to enhance productivity.

Particularly on space planning, an introduction of open concept with reduction of segregation that improves ventilation. The workable floor plate of 36,000 sq ft fits approximately 200 pax. Within the spaces, we incorporated a townhall/cafeteria which caters large events that fits 150pax. The office also features a grand lobby area flaunting the company’s introductory milestones, a boardroom, meeting rooms and working pods. The space Incorporates a library, gym, sleeping pods, nursery and other miscellaneous spaces. A design direction with well-planned resources in promoting sustainable energy to a better future of sustainability.
