The Villa is in the quiet and peaceful countryside of Ninh Thuan Province, which is famous for its sunshine and wind all year round. Moreover, this place is far from the noisy and bustling street, where the four sides face the green paddy fields and small rivers running along with the surrounding.
From a level fourth house of only 15 square meters on agricultural land, the architect has renovated it into a villa including the main area with two bedrooms and an open living room connected to the kitchen and dining table. Next to it is a small swimming pool, a modest storage room and two bungalows respectively. In addition, with the desire to experience unwinding, the open design of the building will make people touch closer to the neighboring nature.
The architect understands that a brilliant balance between nature, comfort and design will increase the value of the building, so focusing on interior design will contribute to enhancing the living experience like in a mini-resort. A highlight thing about this project is that local materials are used for the whole building. The building has a well-researched design to give enjoyers a feeling of cozy and pleasant but still exudes comfort. Also, the natural element is always harmoniously integrated into the design with the open wooden door and the small entrance to the house appearing in front of the eyes with two rows of bamboo combined with red wooden trunks running along the two sides. The remaining vacant land is also planned by the architect into fruit-growing areas, interwoven with vegetable gardens and green lawns. This benign combination makes an ideal living space, a true connection between people and the enclosing scenery.
