Living atmosphere in Passive house
The extensive terracing of the 280m2 Villa in Penzing, gives it a somewhat modest out look. The openness and generosity of the building is however well perceived inside the building. Each of the four members of the family is provided with their own unit with individual bathrooms, toilets and walking closets. Later the house can be separated into four independent apartments. Each unit has its own outdoor space. The inner development of the house, with a visual continuity from the entrance through the kitchen over the balcony to the garden is very representative. Kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room through a well proportioned double height space.
