This project transforms a beautiful 1920s office building in Voorburg, just outside The Hague, into four high-end residential apartments. The design reimagines the existing structure to prioritize daylight, spatial quality, and lasting material refinement.
The design strategy focuses on functional layouts that balance openness and privacy, allowing light to inform each apartment’s spatial organisation. Existing architectural features are respected and enhanced to preserve the building’s character while introducing refined interior detailing.
