This building is located in Glyfada, Greece on a plot of1202,35 square meters.
The architectural design takes into consideration both the current state of the area and the future. The area where it is located is mainly characterized by tranquility, abundant green spaces, wide streets, and views towards both the mountains and the sea.
In this direction, a composition of modern architectural language is created, characterized by elegance and minimalism. The central idea is the creation of a garden within a larger one, achieved by the creation of two large solar courtyards that traverse the building. The design focuses on a holistic experience through the creation of authentic and timeless spaces aimed at internal tranquility, reconnection with nature, and quality of life. The composition is oriented towards a play of light, between shaded and bright spaces, within a garden dominated by serenity and tranquility
