Based on the traditional construction of the 'Tierra de Campos' pigeon shelters, with its overwhelming and characteristic aspect, hidden roofs, load-bearing walls (thermal terracotta blocks) and lime mortar finish, this resting house has been distributed in two principal volumes: one for daily use and the other for nightly use.
Both are unified by a vegetal flat roof covered by aromatic plants which is used as the exterior protected shared living space.
Another particularity of the volumes is its orientation to avoid the leading winds, the hard light of the setting sun and to frame the landscape avoiding the massive presence of the pigeon shelter.
