The house is configured on one-level in the tradition of the
best American coastal home.
Through this manner, it has more contact with nature and is
better situated with the landscape and provides for a more convenient and
comfortable way of living.
The house’s presence is like an extension of the sun. And
assumes an almost topographic gatehouse feature that as the sun sets it
preserves it on one side. The visuals are controlled by the position of the
holes and the strategic placement of a block wall that also has an essential
function..
It’s built with the country most usual construction technical,
which is concrete block.
It has been developed under a comprehensive incorporation of eco-friendly
design protocols. We work with passive architecture -where the decisions of the
architect can make a big difference - reducing energy demand and optimizing
energy efficiency.
