"Vita Moderna: A Fusion of European Luxury and Mumbai's Industrial Heritage"
Vita Moderna in Mumbai is a luxurious showroom that blends European design with Mumbai's industrial history. The 8,000 sq. ft. space is located in the former Raghuvanshi Mills estate and combines elements of Milan's Brera District aesthetic with the building’s original industrial features. The design preserves raw materials like exposed brick, metal columns, and aged windows, transforming them into focal points while enhancing the space’s modern functionality.
A standout feature is the bespoke lighting system, designed to optimize both product visibility and ambience, with innovative Superloop lighting rings integrated into the space. The showroom showcases high-end European brands, including furniture and lighting from companies like Flexform, Elie Saab, and Delta Light, creating an immersive, sensory journey for visitors.
Sustainability was a key consideration in the design, with eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient features. The space's dynamic design and careful restoration ensure it evolves with the brands it hosts, offering a timeless yet contemporary retail experience.
