The shown five-storey dwelling house impresses with its compact building structure, which minimizes the energy loss and also provides protected outside areas, in form of loggia's for the 14 housing units. The rough, plaster façade is rounded off by darker areas around the openings, which are manufactured in a very fine plaster to give the building surfaces a certain dynamic. The three-lane and two-lane arrangement of the condominium units, allows a central development concept. The staircase with its concrete structure, sits always inside the heated building envelope. Cellar floors as well as underground parking are accessed via a tunnel, shared by the whole residential building zone.
