Along the western edge of Hoboken, this 11-story, 135-unit, mixed-use residential building features a stepping form design creating more corner views to Manhattan. Its stepped design delivers a generous corner plaza at grade where the 15,000 square feet of retail space includes a restaurant and day-care center, both of which benefit from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station right at its doorstep. The building is equipped with a fully automated parking system and above the garage, a luxurious outdoor landscaped terrace. LEED Gold certified and winner of the Green Apple Award.
