This project was developed for a private contest of a major real estate developer. the second prize was obtained.
The Master Plan is a suburb on the outskirts of Mendoza, Lujan de Cuyo.
Our proposal was based on a reading based on the existing environment was a centuries-old vineyards estate planning. We looked exstrema worth eliminate these vineyards, and of respect for them, the less intervention was proposed extraction plant, keeping power couple make own wine with the name of the new owners of each of the land.
an artificial lake that uses water irrigation channels and enters the farm, and the use of rainwater for irrigation and maintenance of the entire complex was projected.
This project was conducted in collaboration with "Huemul Parks" Ing. Martin Balasch, specialist in landscape architecture.
The proposal minimized the amount of surface streets and roads, and enhanced the green groves and vineyards. The idea of living between vineyards, with the framework of the Cordiellera of Los Andes as close to the sights.
