The construction of two single-family detached
buildings with a rectangular plan, fully covered by copper sheeting and
characterized by teak panelling is envisaged.
The single-family building is located to the North
and is directly accessible from the provincial road of the karst, and is
provided with suitable parking spaces
(n.2) and a garden area. The ground floor develops in: a 29,15 sq.m
entrance-living-dining area, a 10,78 sq.m kitchen, a 14,00 sq.m bedroom, an
access space and a WC. The cellar, fitted with a WC, and the garret, also fitted with a WC and
a terrace in the roof, can be both
entered from the living-dining area via
a staircase (to which it is possible to match a stairlift for the demolition of
architectural barriers).
The other building is very similar but slightly
bigger; it is accessible from the town road connected to the provincial road of
the karst; it is fitted with suitable parking spaces (n.2) and a garden area.
The ground floor develops in: a 31 sq.m entrance-living-dining area, a 12,10
sq.m kitchen, a 14,00 sq.m bedroom, an access space and a WC. The cellar,
fitted with a WC, and the garret, also fitted with a WC and a terrace in the roof, can be both entered from
the living-dining via a staircase (to which it is possible to match a stairlift
for the demolition of architectural barriers).
The building organisms are both characterized by a
covering with two pitches without projecting
roofs.
The chromatisms of copper, wood and the wide reflecting glass walls seek
the mimesis with the green of the surrounding karst.
