This house is located in Brussels south, in a family houses area. All these houses are from the seventies and there was a dilapidated house that BAEB workshop decides to demolish. It was decided to build a new house that will develop itself in the future. The new house includes open spaces on the ground floor and rooms upstairs and it takes place in the centre of the area with 10 meters detachment of the common perimeter.
It displays a contemporary architecture of simple volumes and strong lines for an easy reading.
