The T8 Villa is formed around the redefinition of the column. In this project,
the structural supports diverge from the vertical and regular pattern of the classic "DomIno" system. Instead, through a curved geometry, they establish a novel dialectic
between the structure and the ground.
The upper glass volume is designed with minimal boundaries, acting as a transparent
observer of the landscape. An entrance bridge creates a subtle and simple transition
between the exterior and the interior. Ultimately, the building resides in an intermediate
state; neither entirely reliant on the ground nor completely detached from it, hovering in
a delicate balance.
