The Villa is situated in a picturesque location in Portoheli /Greece/ on a high hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Villa designed in a minimalist style /architect Dmitry Holodok/ and open to the sea maximally. The house consists of two main architectural volumes, one volume with a garage and technical rooms, and the main building. Spacious living room with views of the outdoor pool, merges with the horizon and gives stunning views from all points of the building. The second floor of the house is partially dug into the slope and effectively hangs over the volume of the living rooms - kitchen - cabinet - dining room on the ground floor. The house happened lightweight and bright.
