The villa's design is divided into five distinct, interconnected volumes to respond to the challenging topography of its Xàbia location. This compositional strategy divides the building's overall mass, allowing it to adapt to the natural slope while accommodating specific programmatic functions within each element. These volumes are organized around two central patios, resulting in a dialogue of enclosure and openness. An intimate, introverted courtyard serves as a formal entryway. In contrast, a second, extroverted patio extends towards the pool, framing views and seamlessly integrating the architecture into the Mediterranean setting.
