New construction of a private villa on 3 floors of 1100 m2, with contemporary shapes and high energy performance thanks to bioclimatic development in BIM.
The architecture is composed of the union of simple white and gray volumes, surmounted by a series of black canopies that give the project horizontality, directing the gaze towards the surrounding landscape. Two large walls, with dark stoneware cladding that simulates the veins of marble, cut through the building, signaling the main project guidelines. In particular, in the south elevation the septum is immersed in a pool of water and marks the direction of the entrance; from the latter starts a wide staircase that leads to the outdoor swimming pool, equipped with solarium, living room and outdoor showers. The natural slope of the land has made possible the panoramic position of the swimming pool, as well as freeing the main façade from any possible obstacle that could have obstructed the gaze. The large size windows gives luxurious feeling and creating visual continue with the outside. The internal patio represents the heart of the villa: it makes a significant contribution both from a lighting and microclimatic point of view, naturally favoring the exchange of air. The various environments orbit around the patio and the staircase.
The goal of the interior design was to create unique and prestigious environments, each in its own way: the living room which relates to the patio, the home of an ornamental tree; the kitchen organized by "forcing" the gaze of the users towards the landscape; the dining room which dialogues with the large garden; the relaxing spa with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym; the confidentiality that distinguishes the rooms on the first floor and finally the corner office which is enveloped by the surrounding landscape, thanks to the large windows.
It has been designed down to the last detail for the comfort and health of the family who will live in the villa .
