A swimming lane is added in the center of the gym atrium, and is connected to an outdoor swimming pool.
All entrances are equipped with wheelchair accessible ramps, hallways contain elevators.
Each bedroom has its own spacious terrace.
Twice the ceiling height in the living room
The building's placement on the area splits it into 3 parts1. Enterace Area2. Inner yard Area3. Storage/Utility Area
An option of a yacht/boat dock is included into the general plan
The current version is in metric dimensions.A production version of the blueprint will be available in metric or imperial dimensions.
