ARCHITECTURE
Villa Oliva is a contemporary house, which contains the best features and traditions from all over the Southern coast of Crimea. This house is created and grown on a deep understanding of the mediterranean lifestyle, with great love and attention to each detail, from planning the site to the design of table. Here you can find everything you want to see in the villa by the sea: fascinating nature, warm architecture, cozy interior and the endless panorama of the Black Sea, of course.
Villa Oliva has the qualities of a cozy family home and the character of a fast and concept-car that is expressed in the architecture of the villa. Its forms are plastic and curvilinear, so that it isn't exposed to rushes of strong sea winds.
LANDSCAPE
Villa Oliva site occupies the space of one thousand square meters that has allowed to locate the park which is grown up in traditions of the Crimea around the modern laconic house. From the site there are magnificent panoramas to the sea, Yalta and the silent mountains that surround the villa from the north. The idea of Villa Oliva consists in an integral combination of modern laconic architecture of the house to a traditional Crimean park landscape. Creating a landscape, we were inspired by wild natural landscapes, sprawling cedars,
peaked silhouettes of cypresses, plastic lines of secular retaining walls, mountains.
The park contains a big solar terrace, the shady wild square for secluded rest, and a snow-white pergola which prototype is the traditional round rotunda with a colonnade.
