The house, called by the Client: Namasté, is implanted in a neighborhood of detached villas, strongly developed since the 1990s in Martigny, northeast of the railway station, in the district of Good-Luites.
The sensitivity of the owners and their interest in Asian culture were used as conductive lines during project development.
Implementing the report emphasizes the garden, approaching the most of the access road to the northeast. The natural sunlight plot guides the main facade.
The living spaces are on the ground floor, enjoying the garden and the kitchen garden, the entrance to the house is there only by the opening of the north facade extending up to the roof, suggesting a double space height. The bedrooms are located on the single stage.
The repetitiveness of the same openings gives a reading unit in the project. Some variations of the provisions of front windows characterize this house.
The floor plans are built around a service element, producing the effect of "box within a box" on the ground floor plan is open and on the floor, the walls are non-load bearing and the concept and offers flexibility to the Client to set the number of room you want.
