Villa Mandarina, a project developed and built by Grupo Casa Sandia, is situated on the beautiful coast of Nayarit and designed to offer maximum comfort during vacations, reflecting a perfect harmony between modern architecture and nature.
The project focuses on creating spaces that allow full enjoyment of coastal living. The architectural program includes an integrated living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating an open and social space ideal for family and friends gatherings. Two spacious terraces offer spectacular views and become the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.
The house features a pool with a jacuzzi, providing a private oasis for refreshing and relaxing. The four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort for all occupants. Additionally, two half bathrooms are strategically located for added convenience.
The design also includes a garage for two cars and functional spaces such as a laundry room and a service room, ensuring all practical needs are met.
Located on a beach in Nayarit, Villa Mandarina faces the challenge of the region's high temperatures. To mitigate this, the project has focused on cross ventilation and double heights, allowing fresh air to circulate efficiently throughout the house. All bedrooms are designed with private patios and skylights, ensuring a constant connection with the outdoors and filling the spaces with natural light.
The choice of materials was crucial to achieving a sense of freshness and luminosity. White and beige tones were used, reflecting light in different ways throughout the day, creating a changing and dynamic atmosphere from morning to evening. These materials not only add beauty but also help keep the house cool and cozy, despite the exterior heat.
