An ambitious comprehensive reform project for a contemporary home, which began as an interior design reform and after the proposal made in the study, it took a 360º turn. A classic-style house, with four-sided roofs, low lighting and Arabic tiles, is transformed into a spacious house with modern lines, with Glassrock ruffles, open and connected spaces in which wood, as a connecting material, gives it a comfortable and friendly to housing.
In this integral reform of a contemporary house, there are three main elements. The use of wood stands out, through synthetic resin coatings from Tarimatec. The Aquapanel, which covers the original tile, illuminates the white façade, forming edges and modern lines that give continuity to the porch towards the patio of the house. Finally, the Cortizo carpentry, which covers the previous metal carpentry, providing better aesthetics, energy efficiency and a more sustainable environment.
The original distribution has been maintained during the integral reform of the contemporary house, providing more light, comfortable and connected environments, and greater energy efficiency. The air conditioning installation has been completely renovated, integrating the ducts with the furniture in a way that is not visible to the naked eye.
As for the kitchen, after the comprehensive reform from a rustic chalet to a contemporary house, this space is linked to the porch with more light. Arkoslight lighting provides light with hidden spotlights, giving the environment a modernist look. In addition, the furniture is noteworthy, with retractable doors that can hide the electrical appliances, and on the other hand, the wood paneling by Cosentino, which provides friendly and welcoming lines.
The master bathroom is finished in cream and wood tones, a brilliant combination with black Bruma faucets and Arkoslight lighting. The finishes of the wooden shower and the free-standing bathtub make this room an elegant environment to share with the main room. The fine oak paneling in the bathroom connects with the main room, integrating all the carpentry with the cream tones of the Dekton ceramics, giving the space a comfortable finish.
Finally, in the integral reform of a contemporary house, importance is given to the open spaces of the second floor, with Corvision exterior carpentry for the floating floor and glass railings. From this height, you can see the garden with the new pool with a beach and a larger dimension for the enjoyment of it.
