VILLA KIMIA IS A RESIDENTIAL-VILLA COMPLEX DESIGNED FOR A PRIVATE CLIENT, LOCATED IN A DRY MOUNTAINOUSE WITH VERY LOW VEGETATION AND ESTABLISHED IN HILLSIDE.
GOAL FOR THIS KIND OF ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN ARE:
1ST TO CREATE A VIRTUAL CONTRAST BETWEEN VILLA -LANDSCAPE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS THAT IT ALSO USED THE FORM OF THE TOPOGRAPHY.
2ND TO CREATE A FRESH MODERN FORM WITH USE OF CURVES AND STEP form LANDSCAPE
AND TO CREATE A VERIETY OF FUNCTIONAL AND VISUAL SPACE DESIGN.
CREATION OF VIRTUAL CONTRAST BETWEEN ARCHITECTURE AND ENVIRONMENT IS A CLASSIC
METHOD USED BY IRANIAN ARCHITECTS IN DRY LAND OF IRAN ( THE CITIES: YAZD AND KERMAN ).
THAT ALSO USE THE TOPOGRAPHY.
BASED ON THESE CONCEPTS I DESIGNED AND BUILD THIS PROJECT IN A 2400M2 AREA WITH 670M2 VILLA IN 3 STORY.
-I designed a floating architecture that connect all architectural layers functional and visual
In classic Iranian architect in hot dry land. We had a concept named (godal baghcheh)
Which means a yard that is located in lover level of the landscape and covered by architectural space.
Which it helps to Reach colder and private area and make a building floats in the land scape
I used this method in modern form for this villa to make a building float and bring landscape in architecture.
I also create a kind of step form landscape based on building lines to have variety of views to the villa
I also use a long ramp in the site to make sequence and different perspectives toward the villa.
There is 6 level that designed in landscape which makes different angles of views.
The villa itself is a floating forms that makes the form lighter and bring landscape in
