This project was designed for a site in Alborz area. The access paths, energy resources -specially water scarcity- and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) rules in the region were the contributing factors forming the project.
The access path to the building was formed along the urban road and in accordance with its deflection.
The triangulation system used in landscape design, due to water scarcity and FAR rules in Kordan region, affected the surface increases and corners of the volume and at the same time, reduced the volume of removed soil to the lowest level.
