Villa In Voulla - Atene
The project involves the insertion of an independent villa of about 1000 square meters in an urban medium density area, in a lot located on the hills of Voulla, elirtario district of Athens.The project has three floors above ground, consists of two main volumes, intersected by three fifth, lined with stone. The alternation of the openings creates a balance of solids and voids that strongly characterizes the project.The continuity between interior and exterior and of interior spaces between them is particularlyenhanced by the game of double height in some parts of the house, and of presence of the large windows on the fronts that define a different characterization of the space that is constantly changing value, opening and it closing like a continuous breath.The villa will have characteristics of environmental sustainability thanks as the use of geothermal energy for air conditioning and radiant panels for heating domestic hot water and that of the infinity pool of new construction.
