The house is situated at the foot of the mountains in the area of Crna Gora, Montenegro.
Location of the house (the south-eastern corner of the site) is selected according to several defining principles:
Handling panoramic windows on the north side of the house, in order to avoid overheating the house.
The most favorable views from the windows of the mountains.
Create shade from the house for a comfortable stay on the terrace in the sun of the day.
The house is designed with a two-storey basement floor , terraces and swimming pool . Dimensions of the house in terms of - 37.0 m × 13,15 m canopy over the garage with dimensions - 13 m × 10 m
The basic principle of the architecture of the house - " the interpenetration of interior and exterior ." Design and terraces extend beyond the glass partition and go back to the stained glass . Second light combines all public spaces into a single space , and sleeping quarters are located in it as a " home in the house ." The internal space of the house is covered by a massive roof and belted extended lanai. The main entrance is located under the knee- extended volume of the second floor. Around the house is designed encircling veranda where , on the opposite side from the entrance of the house , a swimming pool and summer kitchen. The facades have a maximum area of glazing on the north and west side and the lowest on the south side .
House and veranda raised by 1.5 meters from ground level for easy entry into the underground parking. Canopy above the entrance to the parking lot is designed as a " land- form" with accessible roof . Building height at the highest point is - 9.22 m height cap - 1.5 m height of the basement from the plate to the floor of the first floor - 2.8 m height of the first floor from the floor to the level of the first floor is the second floor - 3, 30 m height of the second floor ( the highest point ) - 5.45 m
