In a effort to recycle and rescue an old urban fragment, we were commisioned to rebuilt a historic abandoned structure and re active it with new apartments units. The new distribution layout consist of twelve apartments, se ven apartments in the first level and five inthe second level. The third level, formerly the roof, was converted partially in two additional apartments with roof terrace. The front fascade, as well as the interior patio were also rehabilited. An underground room was discovered during the construction and today is the wine cellar for one of the apartments.
