The villa was constructed out
of the renovation of an existing old warehouse. It has a “L” shaped
structure, with the angle facing the garden. The presence of this green
space, rarity in central areas, enlivens the interior spaces with which
it is linked through the large openings formed by high-quality sliding
windows. The double-height entrance and the indirect light coming from
the upper window of the terrace contributes to increase the spatial
qualities of this house.
The sleeping area was
strategically positioned in the most protected wing, with its blind
walls used for closets and lockers. The exterior of the villa is
characterized by the contrast between the large white surfaces, coated
with thermal insulation panels, and the wood skin of the first level,
made of okuma marine wood.
