This residence was created by transforming an existing former warehouse into a "L" shaped building, with its outer corner facing the garden. Its elevations are composed by two contrasting elements: large white surfaces, coated with thermal insulation panels, and a wooden layer made of okume stripes.
The presence of the green space, rare to encounter in a city center, is of key importance to the inner spaces: using large sliding windows a joint space is created by lifting all visual and physical barriers and giving a sense of continuity. Also facing the garden is a big kitchen separated from the dining room by a double glass door.
The bedrooms are situated in the most protected part of the house, using the inner and blind walls as closets and lockers. The double-height entrance combined with the indirect light entering from the upper window, result in increasing the architectural qualities of this house.
