Villa
Eugénie’s headquarters are based in former factory from the early nineteenth
centure, a short distance from Brussels South railway station, the station at
the crossroads of the capitals. Glenn Sestig has redesigned the premises, which
is bedecked by an immense glass canopy, in a minimalist genre and purified yet
animated by the contribution of coarse materials. A long and easy flow is
generated by focusing everything around a huge atrium overlooked by several
levels of efficient, harmonious and energetic rooms.
