The location itself is extremely attractive with lots of highlights, interesting views and the proximaty of the city center. There are many more important buildings in the area and in the immediate vicinity the Tivoli Park and the Zoo are also located. This allowed us to develop a high-quality residential design, which in addition can be linked to quality recreational spaces in the area and attractive views of the city. For residential areas, we wanted to achieve as much of natural light as possible and to get as close to the nature.
Two smaller villas are developed. Both are designed as flexible forms in terms of stringing togehter different numbers of housing units of different sizes. They differ in surface area and number of apartments, but their outward appearance is designed with a similar concept, as we wanted to create a uniform and harmonious appearance of the new housing complex. There are 16 apartments with logical, rational and high quality use of the premises. All ground floor apartments are equipped with exterior atriums, apartments on the floors with balconies that are at least partially covered, and apartments on the terrace with exterior terraces. The basement floor represents underground parking with storage rooms.
The shape of the buildings was dictated by the shape of the plots. The design concept followed the braking and moving of apartment units in each floor. In this way we have achieved a dynamic design of the buildings as well as a measure of intimacy for each apartment.
Our goal was to design a modern, upscale residential complex of two villas in a natural landscape, which is why one of the main elements of our concept is the landscape design. New facades will also be enriched with green facade systems.
