Villa Cube is designed as a duplex with a 1048 m2 built area within a mass area of 1200 m2.
The main concept for the design was to bring out the pureness and calmness of the sea as the most important natural factor close to the building with the aid of the solid form of a cube and using voids and creating essential spaces, all in harmony.
The shape of the cube is altered by the waves and that leads to the light and the greens sneaking in from the openings and making the building and nature one.
The intersection of the pool with the main bulk not only makes it the property of the whole unit but also beneficial to the users by having shelter from direct sunlight while swimming and basking in sunlight.
Attentive to the area and the user’s demand for having enough space for accommodating multiple families at the same time for family gatherings and occasions, the ground floor is completely dedicated to the public spaces such as the living room, kitchen, dining room, main hall, home gym, pantry, pool, showers, and a space for get-togethers and playing board games. The first floor contains five master bedrooms, a workspace and a lobby with a central patio. In addition to private areas, a space is considered for sunbathing with jacuzzies exposed to the light of the day and a view of the sea on the second floor, which is in connection with the ground floor’s shower area.
Essentially, in designing the landscape with greenery, the maximum view to the sea is proposed.
