The master villa B4, located in Gammarth, occupies an area of 800 m². The project is carried out as part of a complete mission. The architecture of the villa is developed on a ground floor and a garden level, adapted to the natural slope. The idea of the project is to design the L shape in order to orient all spaces towards the southeast orientation which coincides with the exterior layout including the swimming pool, terrace and garden. The central element of the project, which is the swimming pool, occupies the corner of the land which coincides with the beautiful view, which overlooks the Gammarth forest, highlighted by a large bay window.
