Villa Annabelle is a private residence designed to offer tranquil living in harmony with the environment. The site is surrounded by two story villas, ensuring privacy and seclusion. Designed with a U-shape floorplan, the home opens to a garden pond and lagoon pool, with natural tiering that allows for playful elevation changes across the site.
The design combines tropical elegance with rich natural materials, creating seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living. Spaces such as a pavilion with bamboo structure, pool lounge, and multiple garden features frame movement throughout the home. Natural cooling, deep overhangs, skylights, and voids ensure comfort and openness throughout.
The architecture is guided by sustainable strategies: solar water heating, rainwater harvesting, low energy LED lighting, and the use of bamboo, recycled and plantation timbers. Polished concrete floors and lime rendered walls provide low maintenance finishes and highlight natural tones.
