Сottage settlement "Reka-Reka"
The village is situated on a picturesque field with flat terrain in the bend of the Moscow River. Of the many planning structure options considered at the sketch stage, the implementation of the selected scheme is "The 4 Islands". Along the perimeter of the shore of the river are located the biggest sites. In the central part of the main, regions (8-15 acres), with a predominance of very small areas at the entrance to the village, they are arranged in the form of 4 "islands" separated by a park and pedestrian spaces. The diagonal structure of pedestrian areas of these spaces allows to diversify the movement through the village and connects the main recreation area of the village: the beach and sports zone, central and north-eastern parts of the river bank, a central park with ornamental pond. 4 private entity allocates space settlement completed "islands" built in clusters with different character. This layout also allows you to clearly identify the staging construction and provide comfortable living part of the village with its successive development. Several types of individual houses designed for the village (area of 125, 150, 180, 220 square meters), the decision in the modern style.
