The plan picks up on a gesture made by the client in the first meeting. The clients were looking for a practical seaside living residence. That was low maintenance and easy to live in. The site is a walk away from the fashion beaches of the Algarve. The building utilizes the latest green technology for harnessing it's energy. There are electrial and ajustable blinds that filter the harsh southern sun to prevent heat build up. The living areas at ground floor are open plan yet sectored  to create distinct space. The first floor bedroom areas and en-suite bathrooms all benefit from spectacular seaviews that stretch out in 180 degrees.
