The airport branch seating area occupies approx. 2000 sqft serving both staff and visitors at the busy Terminal 2. The site provides ample daylight into the dining area through the plentiful windows. Diners may watch aeroplanes from the comfort of their restaurant seats and dream of far off lands while enjoying their meal.
Our Solution
The airport site influences certain design elements of the project. By respecting the architecture of Terminal 2, Livinism has used the mullion (architectural feature) distribution that forms the external walls of the building creating generous window booths inside the restaurant.
To celebrate Viet’s Choice first airport branch, our artists have created a unique mural entitled “Arriving at Vietnam”.
The key concept of the restaurant was to create a clean but elegant dining experience with a mixture of rich Vietnamese culture with a twist – the Hong Kong cosmopolitan touch.
