Vietblend Training Center has been operated with its current status as a townhouse with a spatial architecture that solely satisfies the requirements of family accommodation and living. From here, PTARCH Studio focuses first on renovating functions to to meet the investor's operational requirements and orientation.
The project is currently located in the west. This area is constantly closed to prevent customers of affecting heat from outside, so darkness always creeps everywhere in the space. Enhancing the interior space's quality is the only way to overcome the challenge of not altering the building's facade.
To address the above problem, PTARCH Studio will install light sources inside the space to replace sunlight, ensuring enough light for the inside of the building, while also utilizing louver blinds to allow for natural light, create shadow effects, and reduce heat. At the same time, use cold material colors to provide the coolest space experience possible.
Training Center function includes a training area, coffee roasting room, product display area and space enjoyment. The space specifically must feature Vietblend's key product lines such as tea and coffee. Next is to cultivate a close connection between instructor and students, as well as a sense of openness among students.
Furthermore, the story that PTARCH Studio intends to convey into the space is a color that evidently contrasts with the modernity present. We want to create " a timeless dimension," which means a very familiar spatial experience for middle-aged customers, expressed through neutral and rustic colors derived from bright oak wood, pure white terrazzo tiles. Combined with modern and simple contemporary architectural lines, aimed at young and dynamic customers, this is a general training space with no age limit.
The main color will be a gentle ivory white beige, combined with current materials like aluminum laminate for wall panels that require strong emphasis. The cladding for the counter area is made from leftover steel rectangular tube from the construction process and painted metallic gray effect. To add contrast, large pieces of wood from the old existing furniture will be reused by sanded down and recolored to match the overall color scheme. Wooden materials will warm up the space while also adding to the interior's contemporary feel.
The tea and coffee shelf is creatively designed in the shape of a cylinder box composed of recycled plastic components. This allows it to be lightweight and adaptable to many display themes. The glass brick represent an invisible partition that ensures privacy, light ventilation and especially high sound insulation.
Based on the factors listed above, the main materials used inside the space will prioritize simplicity and ease of installation while also emphasizing quality through architectural and interior details. In order to optimize maximum costs for investors and prioritize the reuse of existing furniture.
