VIDEOECOLOGYCAL MANY-STOREYED INHABITED COMPLEX

From a position of a science of videoecology the shape of
many-storied apartment houses of Kiev does not
promote formation of the comfortable visual environment of a city.
The main idea
- a pulsating dynamism. Three main volumes - a supplement to the water areas of
updated site. They follow the outline of small lakes and subject to the main
23-story volume, which is a continuation of their kind. Three
concentric circles - a communication "living with the living" to
replenish the natural human energy and exchange information with her.
Natural energy hub is the chapel on the water,
which is also representeddysymetrycal center oftotal
volume-spatial composition. The
combination of nature and human desire to restore the link between natural
substances - is the main objective of the project.
The complex
consists of three residential structures in 23, 12 and 9 floors. Volumes
in the general composition of preschool and school complex, chapel, cultural
and community centers. Given the originality of water spaces between
vul.Kollektornoya and vul.Revutskoho
housing forms are taken radial shape.
The
residential complex was calculated for a wide range of users - from socially
unprotected population groups to the families.The structure of 23-storeyed building is
1-2-3-story, 4-story, 5
bedroom
apartments for families with average income, 5 and 6 bedroom apartments premium
and 7-bedroom apartments to family homes. In particular, the terraced
house of the planned 1-bedroom apartments for people with disabilities.
Complex also includes amounts
clinic and day center social
service for the disabled and elderly people to 160 seats, which is
based
on 9 and 12-storey residential volumes and has a visual connection
with the main communication area between the houses.
Each volume is arranged with housing operated roof forlandscaping. In
