The school is arranged around clusters, thereby making a new programmatic use by eliminating corridors and introducing "PODS". The clusters organize themselves around these PODS like a little children's village.
Each classroom gets abundant natural light and the large floating windows maintain a dialogue with its context and surroundings. All classrooms in kindergarten open up to a play area via a slide; The floating windows evoke a sense of desert architecture and provide for an interesting play of light and shade.
The interior spaces are all well lit and designed as children friendly spaces that create a sense of connectivity. Internal windows help in passive monitoring of the children.
