SIZE
100,000 sqft - 300,000 sqft
The Victory Building is an existing 170,000 SF building that housed the former Refrigeration Sales and Services Company and accommodated both office and warehousing needs. It has been idle for the past 10 years and has been recently purchased to develop a LEED-certified high-tech office and research space along the new Euclid Corridor Health Line that connects University Circle, Cleveland's cultural district and downtown Cleveland. The block-long building is concrete framed with a brick exterior highlighted by a terracotta cornice and detailing. As a Historic Tax Credit project, the renovation will follow strict criteria established by the National Park Service and Ohio State Historic Preservation Office.
