VIA 52 is a cottage town located 20 km from Kyiv. The complex consists of 15 two-storey houses, each of which became the embodiment of true minimalism. Clear geometry, straight lines, and a landscape that complements the architecture — all components paint a picture of ideal country life.
The architects have developed three versions of the houses, with an area of 113, 130, and 146 square meters. For each citizen, there are two parking spaces. The house has everything needful for a young family: spacious rooms with panoramic windows, cozy bedrooms, living rooms with fireplaces, and summer terraces for family evenings. Schools, kindergartens, restaurants, and shops are nearby, but the main decoration of the complex is the forest.
