ZGA provided the design services for this fast-track
design-build project consists of a one (1) story, 30,000 SF, Class “A”,
regional office building which houses 91 employees for the Department of Veterans
Affairs.
The project was originally conceived with the intent of
achieving a U.S. Green Building LEED-NC “Silver” certification. Through additional
effort on the part of the design team and contractor a LEED-NC “Gold”
certification was received. The design
team is committed to demonstrating leadership in implementing common sense
strategies for the planning, siting, design, construction and operation of a
high performance and sustainable buildings.
