Technological development is crucial for the improve
of human beings. Its application in various situations, developed a crucial
role in our evolution and our survival. The constant development of the
architecture gives the architect and urbanist, probabilities of transitions to
other technical areas, to use reasonable knowledge of the architect to ensure technological
advancement expected. The recent implementation of the architecture on
agricultural ways come to offer possible contributions that this profession can
provide the means of production. The development of concepts such as vertical
farm, comes to solving problems which agriculture could not solve without
flexible and important ideas from architects and urbanists. The concept draws
attention, by directly influencing the behavior of cities and future societies,
as also such a complex and challenging project. Therefore, the main objective is
to understand and prepare a Draft of a vertical farm modulated and sustainable
that acts as a complete agroecosystem, starting from the production line of
vegetables and grains, up to
storage, containment and distribution of the same, always discussing their
feasibility and analyzing the context. The project also intend to discuss new
technologies applied to construction and study how best to apply them to play
with better yield functions required by vertical farm and thus ensure the new agroecosystem
revolution, renewing expectations of production and reproduction of these
systems through modulation of the building, ensuring best agricultural and
social conditions in the future.
