Vertex, a leading provider of tax technology services, selected Francis Cauffman for the design of its new corporate headquarters. As a growing firm spread out in seven different locations, Vertex sought to consolidate its seven suburban Philadelphia locations to one roof. In deciding where to relocate, Vertex considered where its employees lived, access to public transportation and availability to future employees before selecting a 5-story building at 2301 Renaissance Boulevard in King of Prussia, PA.
Francis Cauffman created an environment where Vertex employees could increase collaboration and innovation, as well as attract new talent. The company also went through an extensive workplace strategy process to ensure that employees’ needs were met - the new office features sit/stand desks, a sustainable green wall in the town hall and a self-service kiosk for healthy meals and snacks.
